| Scarce circa 1920 Kiddie-Kar scooter tricycle by the H.C. White Company in Bennington, Vermont. Original label is intact and has latest patent date in 1918. The Kiddie-Kar is a disc wheeled tricycle with wire-tied wheel and an all wooden body construction. The wheels measure about 5 1/2 inches tall including the tire.
This H.C. White tricycle is in excellent condition. It has some paint and surface wear as pictured, but remains in remarkable condition. There is some play in the handlebar and fork, probably due to the wood drying out over the past hundred years. No breaks or cracks to the wood. |
