Brand new, factory stock. This wheel is not polished, each wheel has its own slight variations from the mold. You can choose to leave the wheel as is, or polish it yourself, depending on your desired look.
16" wheel measures 14 1/2 inches wide - outside diameter. Rim measures 1 1/2 inches wide.
