Due to the scarcity of most of the vintage tricycle parts that TricycleFetish offers, we cannot offer returns.  There are absolutely no refunds under any circumstances.  If however you feel that TricycleFetish.com grossly misrepresented an item or mis-characterized an item due to a typo, we may accept a return and might even offer a refund.

Why Such a Strict Policy?

1.  These products are scarce and in high demand in the field of toy collecting.  If you don’t know what you are doing and/or don’t read the description, we don’t feel that a lifelong collector should suffer by not having access to the product.

2. Many products are NOS (new old stock).  They become not NOS once a customer attempts to install them.  In the case of many old parts, simply trying to install them can cause them damage or ruin their integrity, especially if done incorrectly.

3. This is not Amazon, we are a small informational site that offers some products for sale.  We very clearly state our returns policy in numerous places.  If you don’t know exactly what you need or what size, you should contact us prior to purchasing the item.  If you still don’t know what size you need, and aren’t willing to take a chance, then you should just find your products elsewhere.

What to do if you have a problem with an order?

If you do order the wrong part or the wrong size and would like to attempt to return it for an exchange, you may call us (number available to customers during checkout) or email us.  If we have a suitable replacement in stock, we will allow you to return the merchandise along with a return shipping fee, and we will then ship out a replacement.

Unopened grips and pedals can be exchanged, buyer must pay additional shipping.

Opened grips, opened pedals, all tires and wheels, are NOT eligible for exchange under any circumstances.  Other products that are returned with wear or damage are not exchangeable either.  If a damaged product is returned to TricycleFetish.com the buyer will be responsible for shipping if they would like it reshipped.
