We feel that internet shopping should be an enjoyable experience and have provided our customers with the protection and anonymity they desire. Be assured that any and all information provided by you to Tricycle Fetish will be held confidential and will never be sold or rented to any other party.

Payment:

We have two secure checkout methods available to you.

 

Check, Cash or Money Order:  To complete your order follow the secure checkout button in the shopping cart. Payments using this method must be received in a timely manner or the transaction may be cancelled and the item returned to stock.

 

Credit Card: Processed via Google Checkout. Just click the Google Checkout button in the shopping cart. Your credit or debit card can be processed easily through Google Checkout and their secure servers directly from our site by clicking the Google button in your cart. Googles fraud protection policy covers you against unauthorized purchases made through Google Checkout and Google does not share your purchase history or full credit card numbers with sellers.

 

Pennsylvania Sales Tax of 6% will be charged for buyers living in PA and will be added to your order during checkout.

 

Shipping:

Tricycle Fetish ships via the United States Postal Service worldwide. Shipping prices are calculated based on your registered delivery zip code and the package weight. You may select the shipping method you prefer during checkout. Larger items will require freight shipping (this will be noted in the product description), any amount given for shipping during checkout should be disregarded as a separate freight invoice will be issued with the true shipping charge after the sale. Free pickup at our warehouse is also available upon request.

 

International Orders:

Duties and taxes are not reflected in our prices. The carriers will charge the recipient (including gift recipients) all applicable duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees at the time of delivery. For information about duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees, you may contact your local customs office. Larger items requiring freight shipping (which will be noted in the product description) will be invoiced separately and the quoted shipping during checkout should be disregarded.

 

Delivery:

All vintage items are in stock and will ship within 48 hours of cleared payment. New items will ship either directly from Tricycle Fetish or from our warehouse. Some new Tricycles may have a three day shipping delay while the order is prepared. Should an item arrive which has been damaged by the carrier, you must contact us immediately to initiate the claims process.

 

Returns:

Each item has a detailed description, condition and large detailed photographs to help you determine the condition of an item. Returns are judged on a per item basis and will only be granted on items significantly not as described. Buyer will be responsible for contacting Tricycle Fetish for approval and to return item within 3 days of receipt. All related shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer should the buyer wish to return an item found to be as described. Any item listed as in need of repair will not be eligible for refund under any circumstance.
